In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying details of the owner of the Finex app and website are set out below.
Finex is an information society service offering an educational personal finance organisation tool: it works out a financial health level from the data the user enters, suggests an action plan made of general steps, and provides calculators and educational content about personal finance.
The service is free for the user and is funded through affiliate agreements with the providers whose products are linked from the app, all of them clearly identified as advertising.
Finex does not provide personalised financial advice, makes no personal investment recommendations, does not act as an intermediary in the contracting of financial products, and is not registered with the CNMV or the Bank of Spain as an entity authorised to provide reserved services.
Access to and use of Finex are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which the user accepts on registering. We recommend reading both before using the service.
All rights in the website and the app — including its source code, design, navigation structure, texts, images, calculators, databases and the Finex trade mark — belong to Brava AM Solutions SL or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or any other form of exploitation of that content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the owner's prior written permission. Accessing the service grants the user no ownership rights over it.
The owner makes every reasonable effort to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption, and reserves the right to change or suspend its content and features without prior notice.
The content, plans and calculations are informational and educational in nature. Any financial decision the user makes is their sole responsibility. The owner is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the published information, from incorrect data entered by the user, or from losses associated with products taken out with third parties.
Nor is the owner liable for damage caused by viruses, technical failures, service outages or intrusions into its systems where these are beyond its reasonable control and it has adopted the security measures required of it.
The app contains links to third-party websites, including advertising or affiliate links identified as such. Those links are provided for reference only, and their inclusion does not imply approval, sponsorship or a personal recommendation of the content, products or services offered there.
Brava AM Solutions SL neither controls nor manages those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, contractual terms or privacy policies, which the user should consult directly. If you find a link whose content is unlawful or inappropriate, let us know at hola@finex-app.com and we will remove it.
How we process users' personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the website or the app will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; where the user is a consumer, the competent courts will be those of the user's place of domicile.
